Eligibility
All team members are eligible for nomination, with criteria specific to each award category
Nomination Process
Open to all team members with specific restrictions as noted
Multiple nominations of the same project by project team members nullifies the nomination
Self-nomination only permitted for Breakout Pawns
You cannot vote for yourself
Voting Process
All team members can participate in the voting process for eligible categories
Recognition
Team awards are rolling trophies passed on to next winners each quarter
In case of a tie, PAMs may make the final decision
If one person wins multiple categories, PAMs choose the next best nominee
Awards announced in a team session with a token of appreciation

Winners Assessment
While votes are tallied, the leaders deliberate. Results are reviewed, ties are broken, and final decisions are made. The grandmasters assess the board before the crown is placed.
