Rules
Guidelines
Eligibility
  • All team members are eligible for nomination, with criteria specific to each award category
Nomination Process
  • Open to all team members with specific restrictions as noted
  • Multiple nominations of the same project by project team members nullifies the nomination
  • Self-nomination only permitted for Breakout Pawns
  • You cannot vote for yourself
Voting Process
  • All team members can participate in the voting process for eligible categories
Recognition
  • Team awards are rolling trophies passed on to next winners each quarter
  • In case of a tie, PAMs may make the final decision
  • If one person wins multiple categories, PAMs choose the next best nominee
  • Awards announced in a team session with a token of appreciation
